		<description>That&#039;s pretty grim reading - also showing it&#039;s systematic in the industry rather than sporadic - you can&#039;t just vote with your feet, find a new job (even if you could at the moment) and avoid the problem - it&#039;ll likely be there too. You need a longer term solution, like a union. Looks like you&#039;ve got your work cut out!</description>
